Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar has announced it will open its doors at the Burlington Mall in Summer 2026, marking a historic milestone as the brand’s 11th location and its very first flagship in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

While Rocco’s Tacos built its legendary reputation in South Florida and New York, the expansion into the Massachusetts market represents a major strategic milestone for the brand. As the 11th location in the company's portfolio, the Burlington opening establishes a massive New England flagship for the award-winning concept.
A New Destination at the Burlington Mall
Located at 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Rocco’s Tacos will occupy the space previously held by Rosa Mexicano. You can find us on the lower level of the mall, conveniently located directly across from Legal Sea Foods.
Vibrant Design & Atmosphere
True to the brand’s signature aesthetic, the new flagship will feature a custom-designed atmosphere that blends sophisticated architecture with high energy. The space will be anchored by a high-energy tequila bar and decorated with hand-picked fixtures and décor sourced directly from Mexico to ensure an authentic experience.
Guests can expect a premier destination for authentic Mexican cuisine, centered around handmade tortillas and an unmatched selection of over 200 tequilas. Whether for a vibrant happy hour or a late-night dinner, the Burlington flagship is designed to be a full-sensory celebration of life.
