Fiesta Box
The centerpiece of any Rocco's catering order. Each Fiesta Box includes 12 tacos with 3 choices of protein — pollo, pork, beef, or mushrooms — plus guacamole, salsa, chips, yellow rice, black beans, and churros. Serves 4. Upgrade options available for shrimp, fish, or steak tacos.
Al Carbon
For a more substantial spread, Al Carbon serves 8 and includes yellow rice, black beans, plantains, pickled red onions, and chimichurri. Choose from chicken breast, market fish, or skirt steak.
Guacamole Bar
Rocco's seasoned chips, guacamole, and salsa — priced per person. A crowd-pleaser for any event size.
Nacho Bar
Rocco's seasoned chips, beef, black beans, pico de gallo, Austin queso, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole. Choice of plain, chicken, or beef. Serves 8.
Bocaditos
40-piece appetizer platters — choose one style: Flautas, Quesadillas, Grilled Wings, Chorizo Albondigas, Empanadas, or Esquites.
