Sarasota weekends have a new default. Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM, Rocco's Tacos Sarasota at University Town Center serves bottomless brunch: order any entrée and mimosas, Bloody Marys, or rosé keep coming for $17.

Mimosas are sparkling wine with fresh Kennesaw orange juice; Bloody Marys are vodka and Zing Zang — "hair of the chihuahua."

Start With the Table

Brunch at Rocco's opens the way dinner does: Famous Tableside Guacamole made in a molcajete in front of you, or Totopos with tres salsas.

Then the Plates

Steak & Eggs — marinated grilled steak, sunny-side-up eggs, breakfast potatoes. Wet Burrito con Huevos — scrambled eggs, rajas, bacon, potatoes, cheese, guacamole, salsa roja. El Americano — two scrambled eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, breakfast potatoes. Avocado Toast — artisan bread, avocado, bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, heirloom tomatoes. Desayuno Tacos — scrambled-egg breakfast tacos with bacon, rajas, and cotija. Buttermilk Pancakes with applewood bacon and fresh berries (chocolate chips, no upcharge). Or skip breakfast and go straight to Tacos de Casa — it's your weekend.
